Shipping Policy

The delivery times provided during checkout are mainly estimates as most delivery service times are not guaranteed by the mail provider. Unfortunately despite our best efforts we cannot control delivery times once an order has been shipped. 

 
Your satisfaction is paramount and as such we are here to help with any delivery issues you encounter. You can be assured we will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Please order with peace of mind that we will do whatever it takes to ensure you get your order quickly and efficiently. ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 12 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY

Depending on your location the delivery may take 2  to 14 working days. You will be notified via email about the status of your parcel. If the parcel has been delivered you will be notified via email by your carrier. Please contact your carrier first if there is an error with your delivery. Once the parcel has been delivered, notified by the carrier service Divine Dog is NOT responsible for any errors. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the same country of our warehouse. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

CUSTOMS

When you get a notification from your carrier that your parcel is at customs, please contact the carrier directly. Any payment or taxation should be done with the carrier service. Please note that this process may take up to several weeks. Divine Dog does NOT hold responsibility for delays or extra costs created through this process.
